Your Missions and Contributions
As a key partner within our team, you will play an essential role in supporting Metam’s growth and development:
- Participate in analyzing client needs;
- Collect, analyze, and document all business requirements;
- Model business processes to translate business, operational, and functional requirements to development teams;
- Ensure the deliverables comply with the established specifications;
- Create user documentation for tools and solutions;
- Establish and maintain a high level of interaction with clients to provide effective solutions;
- Train and support clients in using the solution.
Your Background and Strengths
We are looking for a self-driven collaborator passionate about excellence. The following skills and qualities will make you an asset to Metam:
- A university degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent;
- Strong analytical ability and excellent judgment;
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;
- Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality;
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both verbal and written;
- Ability to discern business issues and demonstrate creativity in finding solutions;
- High autonomy and good teamwork skills.
