We are seeking a proactive ERP Business Analyst to contribute to the growth of our business.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in analyzing client needs
- Gather, analyze, and document all business requirements
- Model business processes to translate business, operational, and functional requirements to development teams
- Ensure deliverables comply with established specifications
- Create user documentation for tools and solutions
- Establish and maintain a high level of interaction with clients in order to deliver effective solutions
- Train and support clients in the use of the solution
Education and Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
- Strong attention to detail and respect for deadlines
- High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to understand business challenges and demonstrate creativity in finding solutions
- Strong autonomy and ability to work effectively within a team
