Position – ERP Business Analyst – Finance

• Location: Bizerte / Sfax Required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (CDI)

We are seeking a proactive ERP Business Analyst to contribute to the growth of our business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in analyzing client needs
• Gather, analyze, and document all business requirements
• Model business processes to translate business, operational, and functional requirements to development teams
• Ensure deliverables comply with established specifications
• Create user documentation for tools and solutions
• Establish and maintain a high level of interaction with clients in order to deliver effective solutions
• Train and support clients in the use of the solution

Education and Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
• Strong attention to detail and respect for deadlines
• High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to understand business challenges and demonstrate creativity in finding solutions
• Strong autonomy and ability to work effectively within a team
